Is your Tippy subscription showing a past due balance? No worries—getting back on track is quick and easy. If your account is currently past due, simply updating your payment method will ensure your access to Tippy remains uninterrupted.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to updating your credit card information:
Log in to your Owner's Dashboard using your username and password.
Click on "Account Info."
Navigate to the "Billing" tab.
In the "Payment Methods" section, click on the Green (+).
Enter your new credit card information.
Once you’ve added the new card, simply send us a quick email to [email protected]. Our team will then update your license to reflect the new payment method.
