I can't get the transaction to appear on my Tippy integrated Kiosk.

Click the shopping cart seven times quickly. Did that help? If not follow below

Force close the app, go to Settings - WiFi - confirm the iPad is connected to reliable WiFi and reset the connection. Return to the TippyProX App and try sending the transaction again. If it is still not successful please call Technical Support
