1. Check the Power Source
- Make sure the iPad is plugged into a working power outlet, not a computer or USB port. 
 
- Verify that the outlet itself is functioning by testing with another device. 
 
2. Inspect the Charging Cord
- Ensure the charging cord is securely and snugly connected to the iPad. 
 
- Sometimes cords can loosen over time or during shipping, causing inconsistent charging. 
 
3. Secure the Cable Inside the Stand (If Using the Black Tippy Stand)
- If you have the black Tippy stand, you may need to unscrew the two screws on the case to access the cord. 
 
- Carefully remove the cord, check for any damage or looseness, then reinsert it firmly. 
 
- Reattach the screws to secure the setup. 
 
4. Check for Movement Issues
- Regular turning or rotating of the iPad during use can gradually loosen the charging connection. 
 
- Make it a habit to check the cord position and connection during daily use.
