My Kiosk Isn't Charging

My iPad screen says "Not Charging" in the top right corner, or my kiosk keeps losing power.

1. Check the Power Source

  • Make sure the iPad is plugged into a working power outlet, not a computer or USB port.

  • Verify that the outlet itself is functioning by testing with another device.

2. Inspect the Charging Cord

  • Ensure the charging cord is securely and snugly connected to the iPad.

  • Sometimes cords can loosen over time or during shipping, causing inconsistent charging.

3. Secure the Cable Inside the Stand (If Using the Black Tippy Stand)

  • If you have the black Tippy stand, you may need to unscrew the two screws on the case to access the cord.

  • Carefully remove the cord, check for any damage or looseness, then reinsert it firmly.

  • Reattach the screws to secure the setup.

4. Check for Movement Issues

  • Regular turning or rotating of the iPad during use can gradually loosen the charging connection.

  • Make it a habit to check the cord position and connection during daily use.
