- Review by Tipping Experts: Once submitted, our team of Tipping Experts will be notified and will review your request. 
Processing: After review, they’ll take care of processing the refund for you!

- Customer's first and last name as it appears on the card 
- If possible, the last four digits of the card number 
- Date of transaction 
- The name of the service professional who received the tip 
- Total amount needed to be refunded
