Did you know that as an Owner or Manager, you can easily process a refund directly from the Tippy Dashboard? It’s quick and simple!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit Your Refund Request: Log into your Tippy Dashboard and submit a refund request.

  2. Review by Tipping Experts: Once submitted, our team of Tipping Experts will be notified and will review your request.

Processing: After review, they’ll take care of processing the refund for you!

  • Customer's first and last name as it appears on the card

  • If possible, the last four digits of the card number

  • Date of transaction

  • The name of the service professional who received the tip

  • Total amount needed to be refunded

  • Reason for refund
