Adyen Troubleshooting

  1. Open the iPad 'Settings' and choose 'Bluetooth'

  2. Any device that appear under 'My devices' forget them

  3. Open the Tippy app

  4. Click the three line in the top left corner

  5. Click 'Manage Readers'

  6. Your reader should be in the drop down confirm the serial number and click that device

  7. A pop up should appear and you will see the below information. At this point you will also see if an 'Update' is needed. If an 'Update' is needed please proceed with the update.

  8. Try a test transaction

You can see your Adyen pucks battery life and if it needs charging.
