Step-by-step guide for approving staff members to link to your company

  1. Log onto your Tippy Dashboard under your Owner profile by clicking here or go to our homepage and click “Log In” in the top left corner Forget your password? No problem! Click on “Forget Password” in our login screen to update your password

  2. On your main screen - you should see a list of pending staff who need to be approved - you can simply press the green check mark next to their name to approve or click on “Approve All” to approve all outstanding staff

  3. You can also approve staff members by going to Users - Selecting the User that needs to be Approved - Workspace - Status “Active”. If it is a service provider you will also want to mark them as “Visible”. Any management or desk staff that need access to the system but do not accept tips will have “Visible” turned “off”

  4. Your staff can begin accepting tips and will be visible on your Tippy device. To refresh your screen to view newly approved staff - press the refresh button in the top right hand corner of the app
