Error "Something went wrong" when entering your company code.

When seeing this error message after entering your company code in the Tippy app, it's possible your iPad has lost its WiFi connection.

1. Check WiFi Connection

Make sure your iPad is connected to a working WiFi network.

2. Forget and Reconnect to the Network

If you're connected but still experiencing issues, try forgetting the network and reconnecting:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPad

  • Tap Wi-Fi

  • Find your current network and tap the (i) icon next to it

  • Tap Forget This Network, then confirm

  • Go back to the Wi-Fi screen, select your network again, and enter the WiFi password to reconnect

3. Reopen the Tippy App

Once re connected to WiFi:

  • Reopen the Tippy Pro app

  • Enter your company code when prompted
