1. Check WiFi Connection
Make sure your iPad is connected to a working WiFi network.
2. Forget and Reconnect to the Network
If you're connected but still experiencing issues, try forgetting the network and reconnecting:
- Open the Settings app on your iPad 
- Tap Wi-Fi 
- Find your current network and tap the (i) icon next to it 
- Tap Forget This Network, then confirm 
- Go back to the Wi-Fi screen, select your network again, and enter the WiFi password to reconnect 
3. Reopen the Tippy App
Once re connected to WiFi:
- Reopen the Tippy Pro app 
- Enter your company code when prompted
