Don’t worry—this can usually be resolved with a few simple steps.
First, from the iPad settings, tap on WiFi, then locate and ‘forget’ the current WiFi network. This removes the saved network and allows you to reconnect with a clean slate. After forgetting the network, search for it again in the list of available WiFi networks and rejoin it using the correct password.
If you’re still having trouble connecting after that, the issue may be with your internet connection. Try resetting your internet router—unplug it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully restart. Once your network is back online, try reconnecting your kiosk again.
