Where did my staff go?

If your Tippy app is displaying a blank screen your Kiosk may have lost its WiFi connection. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Restart WiFi
    Go to your iPad settings, turn WiFi off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.

  2. Force Quit & Relaunch Tippy Pro
    Swipe up on the Tippy Pro app to close it completely, then reopen the app.

Still Seeing a White Screen?

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, log out of the app, and log back in. Please note: you’ll need your company code to sign back in.
