Where did my staff go?

I have the Tippy app open and the screen is blank and none of my staff are showing up.

Your Kiosk may have lost it's WiFi connection.

1.Turn your WiFi off and back on in the iPad settings

2.Force quit and then re-open Tippy Pro app

3.Still a white screen? Click the menu button in the top left corner and log out of your Tippy app and log back in. You will need your company code to sign in
