Cancel the Current Transaction
If the screen is frozen mid-transaction, tap “Cancel Tippy” within the current transaction. This will help clear the stuck process and allow the system to accept a new transaction.Still Not Responding?
If you're unable to exit the processing screen or the kiosk remains unresponsive, it's time to reach out to Tippy Technical Support. A support representative can assist with remotely resetting the device to restore functionality.
Always be sure your device has a stable WiFi connection, as interruptions in connectivity can contribute to issues like this.
