I haven't received my tips yet...

If you have confirmed tips in your Tippy app and they have not yet transferred to your account, you may not have connected to Branch yet.

To ensure we get you connected quickly, let's start back at the beginning.

  • Please sign out of your Tippy app

  • Sign back in

  • Go to your profile and select 'Wallet'

  • Choose 'Connect to Branch'

  • Allow the app to guide you to enroll

**If the business you work for has integrated with Tippy - be sure youโ€™ve added your salon software credentials to the Tippy app. Once those are added, any funds collected will immediately be transferred to you. **
