If you’re selling your business and need to transfer Tippy:
Contact your Tippy Account Manager to alert them that you need to transfer the Tippy subscription to a new owner. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, please email [email protected] and include your Business Name, Company Code, Transfer Date, and the contact information for the new owner(s). (We recommend beginning this process 30 days prior to the transfer of ownership to ensure that all steps are completed in time).
Our Sales team will reach out to the new owner and set up their new account, and they will receive a Purchase Order that will need to be completed to activate the new account.
An Account Manager will assist with getting the new owner onboarded with the Tippy Dashboard and getting all of the Service Professionals set up on the new account.
Once the new account is up and running, the original account will be deactivated.
*Please note that the original owner of the account is responsible for the Tippy equipment and the annual subscription fee until the transfer is completed.
