While we strive to be the best tipping solution available for businesses in service industries, we understand that sometimes a business may need to discontinue the use of our services. If you need to cancel, please follow the steps below.
- Contact your Tippy Account Manager to alert them that you’d like to cancel. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, please email [email protected] and include your Business Name, Company Code, Cancellation Reason, and the best phone number to reach you at. 
- Once your request has been received by our team with the above information, you will receive a return label via email to send back your Tippy equipment. 
Upon receipt of your returned equipment, your Tippy business account will officially be deactivated*.
*Please note that your account will remain in active status until the equipment is received back. Upcoming subscription renewal charges will only be canceled once your account has been deactivated.
