Oops! It looks like your settings are off.

1.Go to the iPad 'Settings'

2.Scroll down and select Tippy Pro

3. The location should be set 'While Using App’

** uh-oh, it’s grayed out. Go back up to the Privacy Settings (the blue square with white hand) and turn the locations on**

4. Ensure that Microphone and Bluetooth are both enabled

Reopen the Tippy Pro app and initiate a test transaction double checking the last screen says 'Tap, insert or swipe to pay'

X' out of the last page to cancel the transaction
