While we strive to be the best tipping solution available for businesses in service industries, we understand that sometimes a business may need to discontinue the use of our services. If you need to cancel, please follow the steps below.
Contact your Tippy Account Manager to alert them that you’d like to cancel. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, please email [email protected] and include your Business Name, Company Code, Cancellation Reason, and the best phone number to reach you at.
Once your request has been received by our team with the above information, you will receive a return label via email to send back your Tippy equipment.
Upon receipt of your returned equipment, your Tippy business account will officially be deactivated*.
*Please note that your account will remain in active status until the equipment is received back. Upcoming subscription renewal charges will only be canceled once your account has been deactivated.
